Intergenerational Learning Center Opens in Dublin, Ohio
Dublin, OH – April 20, 2016 – The kiddieGRAND is excited to announce the opening of our new intergenerational learning center in Dublin, Ohio, conveniently located inside the GRAND Senior Living Facility on the corner of Riverside Drive and Tuller Road.
Intergenerational Learning Centers have shown to provide amazing benefits to both children and residents alike. Through interactions between the generations, children are able to increase their social skills, begin to gain acceptance for those with disabilities, decrease behavioral issues, increase academic performance, and so much more! The kiddieGRAND cares for children from 18 months to 11 years, and in addition to offering intergenerational learning, the kiddieGRAND also implements a full curriculum which aligns with the Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards. We are thrilled to be able to bring the kiddieGRAND and its benefits to the Dublin community and provide a unique environment for children to learn and grow.
